If an item you order from epiladyusa.com doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your product’s shipping date. The customer must call Prior to returning a product for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. If a product is returned with no RA#, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be issued. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO RETURNS, OF ANY TYPE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA#: customer name, order#, and the nature of the problem. Call 1-866-EPILADY to obtain the RMA for your return. All products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of shipment, 100% complete and must include original packing, manuals, and blank warranty cards. If however, a package is returned without the original packaging a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
