Shipping guidelines.

Dear EpiladyUSA customers,

We will be processing orders the very same day they are received, and shipping them out every day, Monday through Friday, until 3:00 Central Time.

To see when you can expect a UPS Ground shipment to your address, go to http://www.ups.com/maps?loc=en_US&WT.svl=SubNav, Enter your ZIP code and enter the "ship from" ZIP code 77081.

As we are located in Houston, Texas, we are well-situated in the middle of the country, so the shipments have a shorter distance to travel to most locations.

Of course, we continue to offer Overnight, 2nd-Day and 3rd-Day Select shipping options if you need it. Please note, all expedited shipping orders placed before 3:00pm central time will be shipped the same business day. All expedited orders placed after 3:00 central time, or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

US orders (48 contiguous States) will be shipped via UPS (ground, next day air, second day air, and 3rd day select), or via the US Postal Service. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so please be aware of this if you choose expedited shipping.

For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and other US Territories serviced by the USPS, orders will ship through USPS Priority Mail. APO, FPO and APE addresses will be shipped via USPS.

For International customers:

EpiladyUSA will ship to anywhere in the world. International shipments will be done through the US Postal Service, and will be shipped to your address via Priority Mail Service, which will take 6-10 business days to most countries. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will contact you before we ship you your package and will not charge you unless you approve it.
